Worse hospital in town
Fast, friendly, and clean. This was by far the fastest id I've ever been in and out for emergency services!
I never want to step foot in that hospital or ER ever again. An RN tried to feed a PICC line in my forearms EIGHT times, rupturing 2 vessels before calling for another RN! I believe protocol is 3 sticks. Dr Elvis Joseph was condescending, dismissive, abrupt & in a hurry to let me walk out of ER to my car on a walker alone. Our medical systems are broken & Norton's is a perfect example. No wonder concierge practices are popping up.
So far we have been pleased with everything other than the parking, especially the handicapped parking spots. We hap to walk quite a distance with a wheelchair. Everyone was very polite and helpful. There was a drop of blood in one of the chairs in the lab department, but other than that, the phlebotomist was amazing. She didn't even hurt when drawing blood. I pointed out the blood in the chair and she thanked me and immediately cleaned it.
