I want to like this hospital because it’s new and nice but I can’t. Any time I go to this hospital I’m treated as if I should have never come, the doctors brush your concerns away and you leave with the same issues you came in with and more questions than answers. I typically try to avoid hospitals at all costs because I work in a hospital, so it feels like work, if I go it’s because I really need to be seen. I wasn’t sent a survey from Norton Brownsboro, so I wanted to leave a google review. My daughter is special needs and when working with her it takes a certain kind of person to get her to cooperate with you. Let me just say when she went there by ambulance from Flaget in Bardstown. I was pleasantly surprised. The EMT’s done really good with her. And I can’t say enough for all the staff on 4west. They were AMAZING with her. And I have decided if she ever needs to go back to the hospital, this is where she will go.

TERRIBLE. Chris the bald man that works in the ER on night shift needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY.
For my visit a couple days ago for a test, it was great except for parking. My suggestion is to arrive early if you have a midday appointment because there are not enough parking spaces. But aside from that, everything flowed smoothly once inside. Reception and registration were friendly and efficient. During the procedure, the technician and nurse (and the 2 students) maintained a light-hearted atmosphere which made it more relaxing for me.
