Came in at 10:00 this morning at 4:30. We were told she's going to stay at 8:30. We are still waiting in the emergency room for a room. I have been painting the nurse since 7:30 and have told three nurses that she needed to go to the bathroom and cuz they said we'll be right back. It is now a half hour later and nobody has come back. I don't know what's going on in the emergency room but either you need more help or you need better training

I believe Going to the hospital sucks, especially the ER. What a pleasant surprise it was when a family member went to the Norton Brownsboro ER! Clean & efficient facility; friendly & skilled medical team. When they were admitted to the hospital the great service and care continued to amaze us. Highly recommend.

I've seen the terrible posts. I have nothing but high praise for Norton. First, my wife had neck surgery with Dr Doss. He is the best a doctor can be in every way. The hospital is spotless and all staff have been awesome. This is the third day here and all nurses, PCA's and other staff have been wonderful. The food isn't bad, but not great. But all the care has been great. The rooms are large and comfortable, and staff made me, as a visitor, feel comfortable as well. As for the hospital itself, it’s really not bad. Nurse Riley was kind, polite, and everything you’d hope for in a hospital experience. That being said, Nurse Chelsea Wolfe could use some work on her bedside manner. She didn’t make polite conversation with anyone, and worse, she failed to warn the patient about the pain she was about to cause. Yes, pain is sometimes inevitable in a hospital, but patients should always be prepared for it, not caught off guard. Surprising someone with pain is never okay in my book. That’s basic... read more
