On May 16th my husband was admitted to the ER Department of Norton Brownsboro. We have always used this hospital and was always treated kindly. That trip was heartbreaking. My husband is elderly and very ill. He was sick and in pain. The treatment by Santina Arnold APRN was apprasive, rude uncaring and unfeeling. She was extremely abrupt and forceful. I know they are busy, but to get Medusa records! GOOD LUCK. The phone number goes to some Dr. Skaggs. Any choice you choose has no option to talk to a human.. Patient care is good but transition of care suffers here.

Friendly courtesy the last time though my son was treated for dehydration they said he had dysphagia turns out he had lockjaw as well as a urinary tract infection since I had to take him to urgent care the day after he was discharged also neurologist claimed nothing wrong with him follow up mr I 1 month later at downtown hospital showed brain atrophy

Most efficient staff got me in and I left after a test with Matthew handling it expertly. Out the door right away. Thank you Norton's staff.
