Working for about 2 years no problems, then personal issues arise, then I am told 2ill be discussed with head person there havnt heard back from anyone in 3-4 weeks. I find that to be unprofessional and not understanding. How you treat an employee like nothing. If I'm fired then say it, if not then talk about other options, dont just ignore as if I do not exist. I am not another number/body, being used.
