Why bother to tell patients waiting for surgery if they need more pain meds over the weekend to call in (answering service) and NO ONE does anything?? Office staff is great for visits but doctors seem unreliable for urgent matters & we really did not want to go back to ER for 5 hour wait.
The ladies in the front are super nice and friendly. They were also very helpful with information and gave me some ice packs that really helped my husband after the surgery. Very thankful.
