I went to the doctor in Kingwood. Two weeks ago I was told to call Becky to schedule a kidney stone procedure. Granted we had the storm but it's been this long and I could not get in reach with her. She never answers her phone. She doesn't respond to voicemails. Yesterday I was promised that she would call back after she got off phone. That didn't happen.
