This place was good when Alecia was working but I’m not sure if she works here anymore. I went into purchase a replacement piercing, and stood there for about 15 minutes before I left. People that appeared to work here walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me. It appears there are not enough people to meet the demands of customers. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” goes a long way. I’m extremely disappointed
