I was very happy with Northwoods in the beginning. Before moving in we took pictures of things around the house that hadn't been fixed or they couldn't be fixed and shared them with the property management. First 2 years went well. The 3rd year when they did the yearly walk through they mentioned we needed to fix things in the house that had been mistaken for another house they had just visited. They also came 2 more times that year because they said we must have animals in our house due to deep scratches in walls and carpet... read more
