I have been coming to N. Woods Pediatric Center since 2020 and have consistently had a positive experience. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I may have. I also appreciate the convenience of the patient portal. Whenever I send a question or concern through the portal, I typically receive a response within 24 hours.
To absolutely wait less than 20min before someone's appointment to cancel is beyond shitty. I take off work, sit in traffic, about to pull in. and yall do this? if yall were not able to give my daughter the shot WHY EVEN ALLOW ME TO RESCHEDULE LET ALONE WHY WAIT 20MIN BEFORE THE DAMN APPOINTMENT. Literally theeeeeeee most ANNOYING thing ever.
Delilah was one of the best nurses I got attended by! I would recommend coming here i know for sure i will bring my future kids here:)
This place has went down hill in the last few years. They are so unorganized and do not care when we express concern. I made an appt for my son to get treatment. I told them exactly what I was coming in for based off my last appointment. Only to show up, wait 30 min to see a dr and be told the solution for the treatment was expired. Then I was asked to reach back out to see when they would get more. It’s a complete waste of time
The place looks sketchy lol, but we were pleased with Dr. Durden bedside manner she was awesome. The staff were polite. Had results rights away.
