rude staff, patients soaked un urine and bm for long period times, care plans not being followed, patients waiting for their meds for long periods of time.

RecommendedClearbrook Assisted Living is one of the best places for my Mom we have found. The staff is excellent and cares well for her. They check with the family often and are always available to talk with us. Mom is living the best life she can there and has appropriate stimulation/interactions to keep her alert and engaged, even though she is not very mobile anymore. It is nice to have Mom in a smaller facility such as Clearbrook. We highly recommend this facility.
My mom has had excellent care here the last few weeks. We’ve been so thankful for their care and encouragement!
I worked here as a CNA years ago and came back as a Nurse. It was the first place on my list to work. The staff is amazing and the patients really make an imprint on the staff's lives as much as we try to make one on theirs. The only place I trust with my family, even before I worked here.
