We LOVE our new floors!!!! Right away when I contacted Northwoods Flooring the owner, Mark, showed superb customer service by coming by later that day to give me a free in home estimate. He provided a portfolio with all of the work he had done residentially and commercially. Everything was gorgeous! He also provided us with a very LONG list of references. Highly Experienced!! Northwoods Flooring was able to match new installed wood flooring in my dining room to my existing hard wood floors. The colors and finish match perfectly. Mark is very friendly and I got my estimate the same day he came and measured, I was also able to schedule my installation right on the spot. Very efficient - dealing directly with the owner!
