Dr. Greathouse is a fantastic Doctor and very personable and i stuck with him for seven years. My low rating is due to the rude and uncaring receptionist. The final straw was when I set an appointment for 9:00am letting her know that I had an appointment to review another appointment at OPA at 8:00am so I'd be cutting it close. I arrived at 9:05am no one in the lobby and she said, "You're late when would you like to reschedule your visit!" I easily found a new doctor, I'll truly miss Dr. Greathouse but not the receptionist!

It’s clear this practice values, not just the treatment of the patient, but also prevention, education, and continuity of care. The front desk staff is efficient and respectful. The CMAs are amazing! Horrible service and front counter lady is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Forgetful PAC and really just not worth your time....
