I visited Northwoods Dental Spa on 6/16/26 because I unfortunately cracked my tooth. I was greeted by one of the assistants, Kimberly. She was really nice. I was in and out within 25 minutes.

Stay away from them! Prices are ridiculous expensive. I work in the dental industry and my son had an emergency that had to go see them on a Saturday and they charged him $4900 for 2 crowns, 2 filings, X-rays and exam. On top of that, he is going to lose one of the teeth they charged for the crown. We called several times to get reimbursed for the crown he hasn’t received, and they have done nothing about but sent him another bill of $600.
Very poor experience due to financial exploitation and bad management. There is a clear attempt to exploit health insurance by fabricating dental issues in perfectly healthy teeth just to overcharge the insurance. The owner's treatment was highly unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, the nurse, Ashley, was extremely rude and unhelpful; this wasn't just my experience, as more than 6 of my friends complained about her terrible attitude.
