This is by far the best dental experience The knowledge and experince by far exceeded my expectations Everyone in the office as well as their Leader Dr Irene Blaess had impeccable knowledge demonstrating how much they value their clients. When the entire office works in sync This demonstrates great Leadership. The dental work was good but the billing was really weird and shady, lots of high bills and mess, their numbers and accounting don’t make sense
Walked in with tremendous pain. Was seen immediately and I underwent treatment. I felt no pain had to ask several times “ are you done yet”as I couldn’t believe it. Dr and staff are wonderful. Everyone is courteous and very attentive. Couldn’t ask for a better experience,highest recommendation!!
I think what I always thought Dr Blaess is phenomenal at extractions and root canals but minor dentist appointments she needs an entire new staff who isn't rude to her customers and makes her lose business especially check your receptionist workers please I feel sorry Dr Blaess has to work with people so rude that she loses customers I feel sorry for her she needs an entire new staff
Love Northwoods Dental Spa I have been coming here for probably over 10 years now. Maria at the front desk is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She remembers everything and is great at explaining your treatment plans and how to work out your insurance options, she always puts my mind at ease. Dr Blaess is one in a million, extremely good at what she does. She is so much faster and more accommodating than any dentist I’ve seen. They have TV, headphones, glasses, etc and they’ll help you get set up to watch something ... read more
