The serene surroundings were incredible. But most importantly, Nick and the maintenance team were absolute rock stars. He made sure the snow was always taken care of in such a kindly and timely way, even during insane snow storms. Plus anything urgent that had to be handled they worked really hard to take care of it. In general, the staff is super easy to deal with.
We’ve been here almost 2 months and absolutely love it. Clean apartment, maintenance is amazing and its super peaceful
I would give a 0 star if I could.
The place itself is good, however the head maintenance guy is very invasive and ruins everything. Constantly trying to get cars towed, things done that don't need to be done which he has zero expertise in. This guy should be fired if you want to keep value in these properties. He literally is driving around in circles all day just to run your pockets. Guy does nothing but complain. He even called the police on my car. Guess what happened? Nothing, because it was invalid. Yeah 10 months ago it was 5… Now it’s more like a 2… Management doesn’t manage anything. Tenant safety isn’t an issue for them. I stay because the property is super clean and well maintained… nothing is ever broken and if it is , it gets fixed quickly … but that’s not management that’s people who work directly and for them I’m thankful. HVAC fixed my AC and did a wonderful job… those things are why I stay… when my dishwasher went I got a new one fast. Again that’s why I stay.
