Yeah 10 months ago it was 5… Now it’s more like a 2… Management doesn’t manage anything. Tenant safety isn’t an issue for them. I stay because the property is super clean and well maintained… nothing is ever broken and if it is , it gets fixed quickly … but that’s not management that’s people who work directly and for them I’m thankful. HVAC fixed my AC and did a wonderful job… those things are why I stay… when my dishwasher went I got a new one fast. Again that’s why I stay.
We just moved into Northwoods and Rhonda has been great to work with because we are newly moved in is why I give it 4 stars otherwise the apt is huge the kitchen isn’t really my favorite wish they would upgrade to stainless steel kitchen appliances. Such as stove a refrigerator Also the drive through to Northwoods should have some trees or gardening to make it more exciting to drive into your apt other than that it’s super clean and well taken care of.
I’ve never been happier living anywhere else. The complex is safe and beautiful. Maintenance works above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. Great place to live! This is my second year here.
Excellent service. Old management and new management - both are excellent. Service is done on timely manner. Area is clean and well maintained. Safe place to live. Neighborhood is good too. Close to mall. Spectrum internet over there is good too. Lived there 3 years. 2017 - 2020.
