Having lived here for two years, I have found that the property is kept clean, the maintenance team takes care of any problems right away, and it is very safe. Very happy living here.
Kept our security deposit and charged extra for kitchen counter that was in the same condition we got it. Also spent all night cleaning the apartment for them to charge for cleaning after we moved out. Renovating an apartment that’s in a good condition should not come at the expense of prior tenants. Just be aware they will keep your deposit and charge you more when you move out, despite all the rent you paid over the years.
This apartment complex is not a place to rent from. My packages were stolen on repeated occurrences and the apartment complex did minimal effort to rectify this. That’s not to mention their lack of effort in rectifying noise complaints and allowing a pit-bull to live on the second floor of the complex. It took repeated efforts to notify them of the noise, the jumping, the yelling, the music, the dog urinating on my balcony before the tenants themselves chose to leave. The serene surroundings were incredible. But most importantly, Nick and the maintenance team were absolute rock stars. He made sure the snow was always taken care of in such a kindly and timely way, even during insane snow storms. Plus anything urgent that had to be handled they worked really hard to take care of it. In general, the staff is super easy to deal with.
We’ve been here almost 2 months and absolutely love it. Clean apartment, maintenance is amazing and its super peaceful
