The area is great, fellow tenants are quiet and respectful. When I signed my seventh lease renewal, I asked that my carpet be replaced with plank flooring. When I followed up a month later, it was scheduled and completed immediately.
Absolutely one of the worst apartments to rent from. Please do not rent from here my AC unit has been out for over a week and they told me it's not considered an emergency and they haven't came to fix it yet it's been over 95° in the unit for over 7 days
You don’t want to stay here, I’m pregnant and my boyfriend and I have 2 other kids in the home. It’s 100 degrees outside and we called the emergency maintenance line and it’s Thursday, they won’t come fix our ac until maybe Monday they said. So we have to be in this hot heat over the weekend and then some. It’s ridiculous!!!
