Northwoods is a nice place to live. I have lived in worse places. The ladies in the office do their absolute best to correct issues. I have lived here for 5 years.
Update: 15may25 Formal or informal, i made plenty of complaints, either in phone calls to the office or in texts about the exhaust and smoking indoors. When i stopped complaining, it was when i realized management wasnt going to handle the issue, aa you never really did. 6 months for a ac to be installed is ridiculous. Next time you need a ac or furnace for your house, contractors should take 6 months to replace it. I dont care you gave me a non renewal notice. I have restrained myself from leaving a bad review, but its time for it. This is long but worth the read if you are considering this. Everything involving the application was fine without issues. However, i never got to see the actual apartment beforehand. As an hvac tech of 20+ years...i checked first for the furnace and ac. Old outdated 1980s draft furnace that should have been replaced years ago. Ac was typical as others...old R22 that was on its end of life.
