It’s privately owned pls don’t not rent here Online is a 1200 But then the lady in the office to tell you 1500 their maintenance man sucks lazy and Unprofessional the office lady is very rude I think she goes by Michelle it took 5-6 months to even get our mailbox key we moved in unit had no hot water for two weeks i’m assuming she doesn’t walk the new units after contractors are done The doors have no locks on them when they’re supposed to. I’m not sure how this place doesn’t have any bad reviews considering what I’ve been and am still going through. Me and my bf were supposed to move in here and when touring the apartment I noticed some things like the toilet continuously running, the tub needed a repaint, cracks everywhere that needed to be filled and the leasing agent said this all would be fixed before we moved in.
