My family and I just moved in. And Edward Nunez and Yagaira Rodriguez have been the best. Neighbors are nice and friendly. At night it is very quiet and peaceful.

I lived at this property for 7 years and endured years of rent increases and random fees added on despite worsening conditions. Maintenance requests were often ignored or delayed, and the so-called “amenities” were a joke. Trash constantly piled up around the dumpsters, the jacuzzi was always filthy and closed, the gate rarely worked, the laundry machines were disgusting, and there were repeated mailbox break-ins that management did absolutely nothing about. Very easy process Edward Nunez has been so helpful throughout the application process hell fight to get you in and get you good pricing I would recommend these appartments there very clean and spacious.
I moved in on March 8 they were charging me 195 for the month February 28 2025 witch I wasn't there I moved from Arizona to California and they don't fix anything they over charge on things on the lease agreement one agreement says the landlord pays and the other say we pay % of it they are charging me for ridiculous charges right now lot of people are sue them in the apartments they take your money they will say pay the whole month and the deposit so no body wont take it they force you to sign the lease
