Friendly and fair, the staff will go out of their way to ensure you get through the process quickly and into your home as soon as possible. I would like to thank our representative; even though we changed our minds on the place, her hard work and dedication ensured that we had zero losses and a rain check in the event we decide to come back. I truly am grateful, Yahida (sorry if I misspelled it)! You definitely deserve a higher position and a raise for the work you put in at your property.
Northwood apartments has been a great experience for me thus far! It is very quiet here, landscape is kept up very well and management has been very attentive and productive. Yagaira is an awesome manager! As soon as I put my request in for any maintenance that Inneed assistance with, my request is always fulfilled in a decent timely manner.
