When apartments blowing up your phone, sis I don’t recommend!!!
It's not good living hear at these apartments. they had changed management four times while I've been here living hear.They charge you for parking $50 each month. Tops of that fees are over charge trash $60 and water $45 sewer $35. The maintenance don't come to fix your unit until you keep bugging the management.oh the cameras around the apartment complex does not work they're just there for the show. great apartment, single story so no issue with upstairs or down stairs neighbor lol. location is really good right across the Sunnymead middle school. and responsive staff. highly recommend the single story garden style apartment
Place is a joke. I've lived here for 7 years and it's like every year there are new fee's or a rent increase. At one point they refused to have the garbage thrown and since then the units 60 through 71 have roaches and rats. All they said is for those living in the units need to take care of the problems ourselves. Like what!? These people are literally harassing their tenants! They will do everything they can to threaten you for money it's crazy!! Been looking for a new place since early this year it's ridiculous.
