420 Smilax Rd has been my residence over 3 years now and ever since residing here I've been happy and felt peace. It has a very comfy and calm outdoor space. The apartments are spacious and semi-updated could use some improvements but what place is ever perfect. I have had a really good experience here so far. The maintenance team is great and always responds quickly and professionally. Carlos has been very dependable, knowledgeable, and respectful every time I have needed help. He always makes sure concerns are handled properly and with a positive attitude.
