Great place to do laundry always unlocked, sometimes the laundry room is unlocked overnight great place to catch some z if I cant get a room
Crystal is the best she'll do 5 bags of laundry for $25 no better deal! And she'll fold it, you just gotta drop it off at her apartment
My unit keeps having issues with roaches, even just one. It’s disgusting. At move in we notice snails under the kitchen sink and roaches under the refrigerator. It’s been a on going issue with spiders, pincher bugs, roaches. (I will report this to San Diego housing department and hope to get this resolved) There’s dog poop everywhere around the apartment complex. There’s no trash bins in the dog park or kids playground. Edit*** THEY ARE TAKING PICTURES OF THE INSIDES OF *ALL* APARTMENTS, EVERY ROOM, AND ITS "MANDATORY". Its almost like you aren't a person but rather a faceless revenue source, they don't care about your life, or your PRIVACY. My car has been broken into, As well as my garage, I’ve had stuff stolen from me, its loud until 10 pm, midnight on weekends, and I've been trying to get my lease renewed for 4 months...
