We've lived here many years and have had a decent expirence, it's overall pretty quiet. The new managment has been interesting to say the least. One issue is they keep sending out notices about inspections and its pretty threatening saying it's mandatory and you can't reschedule, but then they never show up.!!! This is the second time it's happened. Pretty unprofessional on their part!
Edit*** THEY ARE TAKING PICTURES OF THE INSIDES OF *ALL* APARTMENTS, EVERY ROOM, AND ITS "MANDATORY". Its almost like you aren't a person but rather a faceless revenue source, they don't care about your life, or your PRIVACY. My car has been broken into, As well as my garage, I’ve had stuff stolen from me, its loud until 10 pm, midnight on weekends, and I've been trying to get my lease renewed for 4 months...
Ok so I just moved in and I drive a full size truck. This place gives you 1 spot and a garage when you move in. Well luck has it I got a garage I belive was built for a car. I hated that garage and I had to pull 40 point turns to get in. Long story longer that was last Friday and couldn't get to the office on Saturday. Monday rolls around after work I go to the office and the manager Tania is there and she listens to my situation and without me even asking she says I can give you this number if you go see if it works for you... read more
