I lived here for 5 years. I had the best best neighbors and the staff was always responsive anytime there was an issue. We only moved because we bought a house. If not I would have stayed. Will forever cherish the memories there.
This apartment was horrible. The walls and ceiling were covered in mold, we called to have them fix it and they just painted over it. The ceiling was leaking, same thing happened. The ac was broken for 3 out of the 4 years we lived there-they refused to fix it. It cut on so that meant it “worked” whether or not it was blowing cold air. Meantime the office got a full makeover with nice new comfy couches that lowly tenants were not allowed to sit on. Compared to my last apartment complex, this place is a dream! Love the old oak trees, beautiful grounds with birds and squirrels and peaceful environment. People are quiet and friendly. Pools are clean and easily accessible. Laundry room is well kept. I have had HVAC issues but maintenance responds quickly (within a couple of hours. It would be DAYS at the other place). So Far I Like It Here. It’s Not Bad. I’m Evening Considering Renewing For Another Year But We’ll See!
