I’ve had a solid experience living at Northwoods Apartments overall. The move-in process was smooth and fairly straightforward. The leasing staff was helpful in explaining everything, and I didn’t run into any major issues getting settled in. One thing I noticed right away was the cleanliness of the grounds. Everyone has been very very nice especially Freda and Troy! I hadn’t lived in an apartment in many many years and being an older woman all in all y’all are great and i love my apartment sooooo much!
I have lived in Northwood for a little over a month and have had zero problems! And when applying and going through the process of moving in the staff I met was very helpful and willing to find whatever answers I needed!
