Jodie is not only great at keeping the apartments and property in great condition but also great with everyone. She always strives to help people and is always happy to do so to the best of her ability. If you rent from cal am then be prepared for clean well maintained units with superb management from Jodie. A+!
I've been living here since 2019 and had multiple problems with the last management. New management is awesome. Jodi and Gail have been helping us trying to get everything fixed that we'd been trying to get fixed for over a year.
I am very pleased with my apartment and the service that I received here at Northwood. But I need assistance the maintenance crew Justin and Stan are not only prompt but very knowledgeable. The management team Jody and Gail are always pleasant, professional, and very welcoming. Although my work schedule has not allowed me to participate, it is clear they work very hard to create a community and which to live. Overall everyone is very helpful very friendly and I feel very safe in my new home.
Management (Jodie and Gail) have been amazing to work with- friendly, reachable, and understanding! The community is well-kept, and I am truly grateful to have found this tucked-away community to call home.
Justin has been an absolute lifesaver for us! Whether it's fixing our sink, dishwasher, or whatever else comes up, he’s always there, no matter how crazy our schedules get. It’s been a pleasure working with him, and we couldn’t ask for a better maintenance guy!
