My family and I love living here. We’ve had a great experience with management, and Michael and Caleb on the maintenance team are super great and efficient. So thankful for them!
Maintenance of the grounds, watering, mowing, removal of leaves, etc..Is poor. The water doesn't get turned on until the grass is brown and a fire hazard. The grass is gone from the sections where the leaves didn't get picked up so all you see is mud and tree roots, the vacant field at the entrance has several dead trees and every strong wind storm results with a tree getting blown over usually on the roadway entering or exiting the complex, but heaven forbid you have an AC unit in your window because that's what is consider... read more
It's really over priced for not having ac included into the rent. Maintenence really isnt good at following up with maintenance reports. Especially when the heater wasn't working properly since there electricians were on vacation it took extra long to get them to look at it. After many phone calls they finally hired a electrician. Which its a hvac problem not electrical which I told them. Then I had to wait a day for them to send a hvac person but they weren't willing to pay them to fix it and it delayed it for more weeks. The staff is easy to work with and went the extra mile to assist us with our transition.
Jodie is not only great at keeping the apartments and property in great condition but also great with everyone. She always strives to help people and is always happy to do so to the best of her ability. If you rent from cal am then be prepared for clean well maintained units with superb management from Jodie. A+!
