We've been very long time tenants and are not very happy with the recent rent increase. I understand new ownership taking over and wanting to increase the rent, but an 82% increase is out of this world, especially when my items are getting ruined being in there. This summer the temperature INSIDE the temperature controlled building was over 85 degrees. They never answer the phones. No one is EVER in the office either. Hallways are dirty and spiders everywhere dead and alive!
