Northwood Realty Services does NOT honor their own written contracts. I worked with Mary Cunningham when selling my home in Uniontown. Mary represented the prospective buyer. Mary’s negotiating style is to play on your emotions. She even hand wrote a personal note for her buyer (just happened to be her son) because his wife was pregnant and they wanted to close before the baby came.
