Worst experience ever! (As the seller) “Our” agent Jeff never had our best interest at heart. He and the buyer’s agent were from the same company. 1) his inappropriate contract work cause us to be sued. By failing to inform us that a particular utility bill should be listed under the disclosure section. How would we know that! That’s why you hire an agent to make sure paperwork is done correctly. 2) He “claimed “ that a person living in the the house said they would foot the bill for a new roof. I give them props for making it seem like they care about you when they care more about making the sell than the individual. They'll hold you into contracts and get rude with you specifically Danielle. Wouldn't recommend unless you have big money.
