I give them props for making it seem like they care about you when they care more about making the sell than the individual. They'll hold you into contracts and get rude with you specifically Danielle. Wouldn't recommend unless you have big money.
It was a profoundly disappointing experience working with Sue and Judy. They disagreed on electrical requirements. Judy said 90 amps was adequate and Sue said 120 amps required and her nephew could fix it for $7000.00. Sue only hired inspectors and others affiliated with the parent company. The home inspector is incompetent and missed several defects. The cost to me is an additional $15,000. She found us a house before it hit the market so that we didn’t have to endure a bidding war; now, we’re living in our dream home.
