He and the buyer’s agent were from the same company. 1) his inappropriate contract work cause us to be sued. By failing to inform us that a particular utility bill should be listed under the disclosure section. How would we know that! I give them props for making it seem like they care about you when they care more about making the sell than the individual. They'll hold you into contracts and get rude with you specifically Danielle. Wouldn't recommend unless you have big money.

It was a profoundly disappointing experience working with Sue and Judy. They disagreed on electrical requirements. Judy said 90 amps was adequate and Sue said 120 amps required and her nephew could fix it for $7000.00. Sue only hired inspectors and others affiliated with the parent company. The home inspector is incompetent and missed several defects. The cost to me is an additional $15,000.
