Terrible experience with this management company at their Pinehurst in Providence property. I moved in knowing I’d have to leave early for redevelopment — but I wasn’t told I’d be dealing with mold and pests from day one. I have been trying to reach the corporate office of Northwood Ravin going on two weeks now. No one answers their main line and customer service’s voicemail box is full. I have had nothing but issues with seeking resolution with a matter I am going through with Preserve at Westfields and it’s clear I will receive no help or support from their corporate office.
