Terrible experience with this management company at their Pinehurst in Providence property. I moved in knowing I’d have to leave early for redevelopment — but I wasn’t told I’d be dealing with mold and pests from day one. Mold was growing near the A/C, and my pregnant girlfriend was staying with me. I wasn’t asking for remediation, just to be let out of the lease one month early without a fee, since the building is being demolished anyway. Do NOT Rent Here – Complete Lack of Care or Accountability If you're considering this (Providence Row) complex for a "luxury living experience," don’t waste your time or money. At over $3,000 a month, I expected professionalism and prompt solutions, but instead, I’ve been stuck living in a nightmare. I had a disappointing experience with this company, which seems to prioritize profit over resident satisfaction. After living in one of their properties for many years and paying over $300,000 in rent without missing an even a late payment, I was frustrated by the lack of communication and respect from the owner, David Ravin.
