Northwood only ends leases in the summer. I was finishing college during the summer and requested to extend my lease until September. I had been a reliable tenant for over 3 years. Northwood told me there was absolutely no way they would end my lease in September. This wouldn't be a huge deal if they allowed subletting, but they do not. Be sure to read their lease carefully, because the fees for breaking a lease are very harsh. (Essentially, they can charge you for the remainder of the lease.)
