Nothing but love! I am a manager of an apartment complex. The company I work for has used Heritage for about 10 years and I would never use anyone else! Having your vehicle towed is an unpleasant experience but in most cases it's because you have parked in someones carport, handicap spot or fire lane. If you have been towed for registration, you had first received a notice on your vehicle notifying you that you are in violation of your lease. Extremely Unprofessional I understand a tow truck company is a hard company to like. However, I have been towed before and although the situation was frustrating, at least the other companies were respectful and professional. Heritage Towing is the bottom of the bottom. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Heritage towing needs to stop acting so desperate for cash, and learn how to run a business. How is this even legal? I recently had my vehicle towed by this company from a poorly lit area at night, in a handicapped spot with no sign and a faded marking. They left no notice to the apartment office that they had towed my vehicle, and there was no sign indicating which company had towed my car. Finally, after many phone calls, I was able to locate this shop miles away from the complex from which they had towed it. Above the law I live in an apartment complex that contracts it’s parking enforcement with Heritage Towing. I have only lived there for about a month and last night 2/8/11 I parked in a space that I thought was open as it was not marked with a sign for handicap only. I came out on my patio and found a driver with Heritage hooking my car and asked what they were towing me for. The driver was very rude and stated I was in a handicap space. Lousy service from lousy employees. As a small business owner and an individual passionate about customer service, I can only wonder if Heritage has any tact, values or general sense of decency at all. It is sad when companies like this exploit good standing members of our community by being rude and disrespectful and acting as though they are above the law. Heritage seems to think that once in a private parking lot, they have the power to act as judge and jury. I would never use their service nor recommend it to anyone else... read more

Outstanding... even for a Towing Company I had a great experience with Heritage Towing. My car engine blew on I-15 (due to a shady oil change at Jiffy lube). Luckily I was rescued by a passing co-worker. In complete despair, I called many towing companies who wanted upwards of $400. Devastated…I had an unusable car stranded on the side of I-15 and spending money on a daily rental car only to learn that Hwy Patrol calls in cars to be impounded after 72 hours.
