Great experience! I've been here a year and they are fantastic. They change the A/C filters consistently for you, check to make sure you aren't having any other maintenance issues (if you do they respond swiftly) and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. Very quiet place, no troubles with neighbors, and overall a great place to live.
I cannot say enough good things about the management and all the folks who work for Northwood. My spouse and I lived here over 3 years. They helped us in ways that went beyond their normal duties because they are compassionate people and they look out for you. My neighbors were all wonderful and the environment was safe. And when you look at how inclusive the rent is, it is very affordable for the area. If I could have I would have stayed for a long time, but life had other plans for me. Awesome place to live. It's clean, mostly quiet, there are community events and the staff has always been super helpful and nice. This has definitely been one of the best places I have lived.
My husband and I recently bought a house in New Braunfels. We needed a corporate apartment in the area till closing and also getting internet into our home.. Northwood Luxury apartments were the only apartment complex that had a fully furnished apartment to move in… Cindy and her staff were very helpful in getting us settled into our apartment.
