Perry is extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. His inspection report was very thorough covering even the smallest cosmetic details. He was readily available to walk thru all the items in the report, knowing details from memory with the ability to help prioritize the most important needs. His experience shows and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to know everything about their new home.
My husband and I used Northwood Home Inspections to pre-sell certify our home before we listed it. Perry and Tonia were professional, thorough and friendly, and made the process an uncomplicated one.
