Up until 4 months ago i was very happy with this place. Bi-laws state that condos on 2nd and 3rd floors cannot have hard wood floors expect in kicthens and bathrooms. Well the paper goverment that is the assocation does not do anything about as my upstairs neighbor put in hard floors in the dinning area and hallway and you can hear every foot step and converstation they have! The attorney representing this condominium association was suspended for fraud and ordered by the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board to undergo counseling and report to a mentor. The order of suspension is attached. It raises serious concerns about the judgment of the association's leadership.
Loud neighbors above and office won't do anything. I'd give negative stars if possible.
