I was really early for my drop off and was unloaded as soon as they were open. Great office staff.
Truckers Park on the frontage road in front of the building on the dirt shoulder to check in. Shipping is the glass door at the very front of the building. They come get you when they're ready to load you. Easy docks to back into. The way they got them set up it's a straight line back. I always show up early and normally they load me early. They're pretty accurate with their estimated load time. The only negative here is the angle of the loading docks. You can rub your trailer skirts and possibly landing gear feet pretty bad... read more
Hours loading time. I know everyone's experience is different, mine was just that - not ok, waiting several hours to get loaded
