Terrible service and experience overall. Had to chase with calls at every single step of the way. Staff didn't give clear and true information, shady behaviour around tenancy agreement; wanted to receive full payment of rent and deposit without sharing tenancy agreement for tenant to view. Had to chase for weeks to get second keys to the property as key was supposedly given to an unknown gardener who was meant to clear the garden. Absolutely shocking service just been to view a property even though it’s already been taken by someone else, the company didn’t even have the decency to inform me or cancel my appointment I was stood out in the rain with my 19 month old daughter for 20 minutes not happy with this service at all.
