Northwood is an excellent construction/remodeling company. They do well on all of the key criteria: 1)They did the work for the exact price they promised 2)They finished the work *ahead* of the schedule they promised 3)The quality of the work itself was excellent. In addition, the integrity of the folks we worked with was without blemish. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Northwood just completed a 256 square foot studio in our backyard. Northwood both designed and build it. We couldn't be happier with the process and the results. We just finished a complete kitchen renovation (full gut) with Northwood and it was a great experience. From the first walk with Bob and Tran through final completion with Charlie, the entire Northwood team was professional, detail-focused, etc., etc., everything you want in your contractor. We're super happy with the end product and highly recommend Northwood for anyone with a renovation in mind.
Five stars doesn't cut it honestly, they deserve much more! The quality of their work is amazing and their staff is awesome to work with. I've photographed their projects for years and we finally had the opportunity to hire them to renovate our bathrooms. I couldn't be happier with the result! They were on top of all of my requests, they had a schedule and stuck with it and they were very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for construction work!
