These people towed my car because it looked “dirty and abandoned “ i been living here for a year and that experience was the worst i went and asked why my vehicle was towed and couldn’t get a straight answer so they made me waste $400 and never got compensation or an apology this will definitely be my last year here, mind you im military and barely have time in my hands and when i am home this happens
My neighbors are super super friendly, and it's a pretty quiet place. I like that water is included, and it is in a perfect location. Since the apartment I now live in burned, it is extremely nice and spacious. I am overall glad I chose this place to stay.
They've always been good to us and we enjoy living here. Needs some updating but all in all a great place to live. Good location and safe!
I've lived in Northwood about 7 years. I enjoy living here. Good location. Premises is well kept. My building is very quiet. As well as the neighborhood in general. Staff alwàys greet me with a friendly smile. I have no problem with the staff answering my questions. Or attending to any issues or maintenance issues. They respond right away.
