Its really changed in the past two year or so since I have lived there. Prices are going way up for a pretty low quality of living, and the customer service with the new company( hgliving) is non existent, and problematic. Patti and James are wonderful people and try thier best to help, but since it was bought by a corprate company HG living, its lacking in many areas otherwise. 1st off know that it was and has been a safe place to live considering its in belleview.
