Maintenance is great. Office staff. Is always smiling and helpful. Unit 408 rarely issues.
My mother Emma Jefferson says; "Northwood is a great place to reside". Mr. Kenny and Marvin both are so helpful, and extend there services beyond what is required of them as maintenance men. Each time I have been in need of services the staff have been eager to assist. All of the staff are friendly which makes it a good place to live..
I enjoy the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is so helpful. Maintenance always do a excellent job of the work they are schedule to do.
Northwood apartments are a nice place to live, Mr Marvin and Mr Kenny in maintenance are great. Everytime I have something that needs to be fix ,they fix it in no time. 👍👍👍
