I love this vet, all her staff, and the caring, compassion, and respect all my animals continue to receive. Until recently, I had 4 large breed dogs, some with many health issues (heart, liver, thyroid, behavior, etc) and even when it came time to have one of my babies put to sleep, the situation was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I recommend this practice to everyone in need of vet services! Thank you Dr. Jen and Team! You guys ROCK!

Our dog Ebony has received excellent care from this dedicated group for ten years. Dr. Klabunde and her staff make each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Northwood to everyone!
We highly recommend this veterinarian and her office. Dr. Klabunde and her staff are kind, caring and show a genuine love for animals. I am completely confident that their actions are always in the best interests of our dog.
Do not like the treatment this vets " practice " used in treating one of our former four legged family members for a routine vaccination on our old boy who is no longer with us. Rethink what was learned when you decided to become a vet, we have taken our four legged family members to another practice that has been nothing but wonderful. The girls are great here! They know my dog's name by heart. When I call, I never have to say who it is. They show love and care towards my pup, more than a lot of other places. Perk that they are also super close to where we live!

We have just recently moved to the area and had an unfortunate incident with our female GSD. We could not have asked for a better place to take our girl. The staff is amazing! The level of love, caring & compassion we received was bar none. We felt so comfortable in the care she was receiving; we got daily pictures & updates on how she was progressing.
