Overall I give this place a negative review.On the good side there is a pool that is available most of the time. They have a small gym. The location of the appartments is convienient.On the bad side, the office is a very negative place to have to enter and the non - managemnt workers seem to be replaced very often. While it is not a huge amount, there is some crime issues. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! This is the worst apartment ever. The staff is not that courteous, and neither is the Leasing Manager. There were 2 homicides at the complex the year I was living there (2007-2008). One was right outside my window and they would not let me out my lease. No matter how clean u are, you are bound to see bugs. The 1st 2 days that I was there, I killed 3 ROACHES! The place is disgusting. This place has changed so much. It is a great place for students or a young family or couple starting out. They have a new leasing consultant who is so helpful and pleasant to work with. They have a lot of actives to do and it is very accessible to stores. I am not sure if the management has changed but they have really made some improvements and they are very cost efficient.
