I had to call several times in order to get them to fix a problem at the rental. Once i called and emailed over 8 times and then the ceiling finally caved in before they sent someone out to fix a leak. The leak wasn't fixed properly and I had to have it fixed myself. When i moved out of the property, the law says they have 21 days to return deposit. I had to wait 31 days and now i'm taking them to court for bad faith.
