Exelent service very kind personal
We had a great experience. We got our main air conditioner replaced. Alex was very professional and was great at communicating with us. The company did a great job, I recommend them.
Johnny was out and serviced my heater this morning. He did an outstanding job. Not only was he was able to get my unit up and running again, it's running much better than it did before. Thank you very much, Johnny and Northwind. I can hardly wait for it to get cold now so I can run my heater!
