Beautiful designs, quality materials and workmanship make living in one of these homes a pleasure. Response to issues are prompt and easily resolved. Attention is paid to details. Should have no stars! Moved in March 15, 2022 to 1256 n country Rd, Stony Brook. Was told it would be 3 years before the bldg would be updated. My complaints started immediately. Carpets were filthy, told they'd be cleaned until lease was signed. stove top unusable, oven itself off by at least 50°. No screens or storm windows in any windows. No matinence if any kind, regardless of how many requests are made. Sept 11, 2022 part of the property was condemned, including the space we used as a mailroom. Most ppl were thrown out ... read more
