Washer and dryer always broken. Ever since they changed the washer and dryer, tenants cant use it without downloading the app. Couple of times I paid ($1.75/per cycle) for a cycle and ended up having to run it again into a different machine due to the machine being broken (no sign that says it is broken). If you contact the maintenance number, they dont offer a refund but will tell you to ask a maintenance guy in the property about the issue and they will run the cycle for you. Grateful for the smooth move-in by Rolando, one of the leasing agents. Only downside was the quality of the appliances and fixtures since moving were not well-kept and required additional maintenance (shoutout to Angel for quick service though).
If you care about your health, don’t move here. There is mold in the walls and management is aware and does nothing about it. I hired a mold specialist to test the levels of mold and my apartment was INHABITABLE. I had to move for the safety of my family and this complex compensated me by charging a $300 cleaning fee at move out. Not to mention, I moved out 6/1 and the inhabitable apartment is already listed for rent. Save your money and protect yourself and go somewhere else.
WARNING!!! Parking policy is ridiculous Im a current resident at North Wind. If you are thinking of moving in to this complex, keep in mind that if for any reason you don’t have the parking sticker on your windshield they will tow your car, even if it’s parked in your assigned parking spot. There is no verbal or written warning. UPDATE!! $309 for tow, $40 Uber ride and and damage rims. I will highly suggest to think before you rent here. Laura and her team were amazing! They made the tour and application process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to help my child and me find the perfect home. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. The property is quiet, clean, and cozy. I love that each unit comes with a ring camera too. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a seamless leasing experience and lovely home!
