RecommendedThis is an older, established complex managed efficiently and smoothly with no hiccups. If you have a maintenance issue, it's fixed within a day of calling it in. My granddaughter's refrigerator stopped working and a new one was installed within 4 hours. The maintenance staff even switched out her food so it wouldn't spoil! I would totally recommend Northwind apartments to anyone who is looking. Love the people who live here, it's such a homey place to be. I love my little apartment so much. Having a laundry facility on site and the ability to get change is very handy. The property and maintenance team are impeccable. Can't say enough about our little community. All I can say is this is home for me and I love it.
I am a current resident and have lived in my one bedroom apartment for almost 4 years now. Great place to live!! Very quiet and the management is always pleasant to work with when renewing our lease getting quarters for the laundry on site (bonus) and other things as well. Maintainence guy is always on point and is speedy to come help fix whatever may need fixed. I would recommend anyone to live in these beautiful apartments in a quiet area of north Terre Haute. 💯💯
I have lived here for 25 years. The property is always clean. The grounds are well maintained. The apartments themselves are always kept in excellent repair. Moreover, the staff takes a personal interest in those who live here.

They have a sand nigger and a meth head maintenance man running the place worst place to live!!!!
I think they should be more selective about who they hire as their new property manager seeing how she seems to think she can try and run over people by threatening them causing them problems bullying innocent children disobeying laws pertaining to children upholding criminal activity and basically destroying certain peoples lives
