The whole building is infested with bed bugs. It is so bad that just walking down the main hall on the first floor you step on bed bugs and leave blood marks on the floor. There is absolutely no help from the authorities. Management is doing as little as they can get away with. The regional manager seems more interested in looking good for employment reviews and doesn't give a crap about the residence. Filled with racist management LYNN AT HILLTOP APARTMENTS.. Called me a N***** and told me see was going to evict me because she didn't like me.. she will literally give you a violation for the stupidest reasons to get you kicked out of she don't like you. She will talk about you to other tenants. This is what you have when you come to hilltop. On south burdick.
