This place is filled with bed bugs and mice and management makes up lies and will write u up there is often no hot water I just went 5 days without it a couple of weeks ago
Upgrading the hallways
The whole building is infested with bed bugs. It is so bad that just walking down the main hall on the first floor you step on bed bugs and leave blood marks on the floor. There is absolutely no help from the authorities. Management is doing as little as they can get away with. The regional manager seems more interested in looking good for employment reviews and doesn't give a crap about the residence.
