Lived here 5 yrs. It is average there used to be laundry on site that was stopped. But They went up on rent. Don't believe them if they tell you it is forthcoming... been half year.
There is no swimming pool.
Need to be updated...more modern,maybe a pool for kids and dog park. Nice apartment mean better renters..hint..hint!
I stopped by to check on pricing for rental. Office was closed before it was scheduled to close. Some man proceeded to yell at me, telling me they were closed and she had already left for the day. As if I couldn't figure that out, then I took an application, read through it somewhat. I did understand most places have a non refundable application fee. But I have never been told up front that your deposit was non refundable also. If I remember correctly your deposit was first month's rent. So needless to say I kinda passed on ... read more
