Northwind literally saved our home. We had to replace all of our air ducks in our 50 yr old home. Including adding additional larger ducks to fit a new HVAC that was sold to us by another company. ABICUS lied to us and sold us the HVAC and told us that we didn't need to replace the ducts. Within 6 months the new system blew out the ducts and we had water dripping everywhere on both floors of the house. Abicus would not take responsibility so we called Northwind.
