Greg did an excellent job fixing the Air Conditioning problem and was professional and courteous throughout the whole procedure. He explained to me what was wrong and I fixed it. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
Josue my technician was super knowledgeable, professional, and resolved my issue.
Josue took his time to evaluate the issue which continued to occur since our AC unit was installed. He was good at communicating and even made the effort to get our pan replaced since it has rusted so much. I had gotten so many different responses to what was wrong with our system and it continued. Josue was the only one who thought out of the box and really evaluated it. So glad that he came.
Northwind and their technicians absolutely provide amazing service! Very responsive, easy booking, prompt scheduling, trustworthy, reliable and professional. We’ve used them a few times for repairs and regular maintenance—consistently provides best-in-class service. Special shoutout to Carlos and Chris who recently managed a repair.
