I've used other vets in the past, and find the care and overall experience at Northwestern to be far superior. I highly recommend them.
Being on hold for 50+ minutes trying to make an appointment…. Unacceptable. There needs to be a callback option or maybe better customer service.
After almost 15 years we had to put our family dog down last weekend and the staff could not have been any better. The vet and staff were very thoughtful and sympathetic from the minute we arrived. They explained the entire procedure, each step of the process, what to expect during and after the procedure and when the last moments of life would be for us to say goodbye to our Shiloh. Thank you to all the staff for making a terrible day a little easier to get through.
