During Covid at least 3 Vet Clinics were purchased by a corporation. There's 3 main ones buying up as many vet clinics as they can. The immediately stop all new intakes. Raise all prices and hire new customer service people that are more like they want. It's like they need to be unhelpful and afraid to ask a vet anything for you. They say the prices go up because of updated machines, and paying the employees are decent wage...... There's no new equipment bought. The employees including Vets are not given more wages....... I had 16 years with my little doggo. It wasn't enough, it never is...but he was ready. It was time. The staff were amazing, so kind and compassionate. They truly understand how painful it is for us to loose our furry family members.
We just had to put our beloved cat down, and all I can say is the team at Northwest Veterinary Hospital were so good. They made an otherwise awful time bearable. Can not express in words how good they were during the experience. Compassionate, communicated clearly, and patient. Amazing team here.
Negative experience. Person on the phone was super rude. They are lucky there’s so few options in northern communities.
