DO NOT GO HERE. NEGLIGENT & CARELESS I wish I could leave 0 stars. Long story short- my husband was seen Monday April 23rd. He presented with a cough and difficulty breathing. They ran ZERO tests. They didn’t test him for COVID, flu, RSV, nothing. They gave him a chest x-ray, said it’s not pneumonia and sent him on his way with a prescription for a med pack of steroids. On Wednesday April 30th he was admitted to UVMMC after going to the emergency room. He’s now in the ICU with a virus that they were able to find via a simple... read more
They were efficient, professional and very kind to me. Also clean. I could see them whipping down the intake chair and window between groups of people. I know how much work it takes being a medical professional and working in that industry and they handled it with grace and compassion. Big shout out to nurse Kimberly, she was amazing!
