Two stars for the past providers I had at this practice who were instrumental in my care for almost ten years. But I’m writing this review because of the abrasive letter (see photo) I received this week out of nowhere. Their inpatient unit is a nightmare and conditions are like a white walled prison. Be warned as visiting hours are strictly limited and patients have limited access to outside communication. They consider all patients high risk and thus limit access to the outside world. Seek inpatient care elsewhere or avoid completely unless patient has truly severe symptoms.

Won't let you change doctors if you have a bad one. I transferred to Rush psychiatry. I also recommend checking out Clarity Clinic. They have a lot of psychiatrists.
