Truly the definition of a shady office, who names themselves Northwestern, one block from the real northwestern? As a healthcare financial consultant, I can say with the utmost confidence that their billing practices are at best questionable. I had to have complete involvement in my billing process and was only able to complete it accurately because I work in the industry. Practicing Physician was ok, stay away from front desk/billing at this place.
