Could never meet up with my advisor. We would schedule a time and either I go weeks without a response or no response at all. I will not be using this company. Thank you but no thanks. Just inconsistent. If you are not willing to assist just say that instead of wasting time.
As a 27-yr customer with multiple life and disability policies for my wife and me, with over a cool $1 million paid in premiums in over a quarter century (yikes!) with zero claims, I have been thoroughly disappointed in the last 2+ years in limp and disrespectful "client care" in multiple ways.
