I contacted Emily Trickey about LTC insurance in July 2021. After going through the application process and receiving approval in September (but never signing the final agreement) we decided to go with another provider. It’s now been 4 months later, and we are continuing to receive unauthorized charges from NM (totaling $500+ at this point,) I’ve sent probably 10+ emails to Emily, gotten on a call and gotten verbal confirmation that our policy was never finalized, yet we’re still being charged.
